Experience rooted in real estate, service, and community leadership.
Leaser attended Success Real Estate School in 1997 and became a licensed Affiliate Broker that same year. She has worked with several real estate companies in the Memphis metropolitan area and received her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2015 before opening Empire Realty, LLC.
Her real estate journey began at age 19 through her first property purchase experience, which helped shape real estate as part of her future. She is also an alumna of Christian Brothers University and a Lifetime Member of Psi-Chi, The Psychological Honor Society.
Leadership beyond the transaction.
Leaser is the Founder and President of K & L Representative Payee Services, Inc., where she serves vulnerable citizens in areas including food, clothing, affordable housing, mental health, and physical health services.
She is also the Founder of From Us For Us, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing minority business presence in Memphis. Her leadership includes service with Women’s Council NAREB-Memphis Chapter and board involvement with Customized Medical Needs and God’s Ministries, Inc.
